Dear Eric Smith:

The address of your web page was forwarded to me because you are
distributing the Java decompiler called Mocha, originally developed by
Hanpeter van Vliet.

This Email is to inform you that Borland International has purchased all the
rights to the Mocha software.  We are distributing it as an important and
valuable feature of our Borland JBuilder software program.  

Since Hanpeter had originally allowed it to be distributed freely, I assume
that you had no intent to infringe upon Borland's intellectual property
rights in the Mocha software.  However, since it is a valuable addition to
Borland JBuilder, we cannot allow the files to be distributed without a
license from Borland to do so.

Accordingly, I must insist that you immediately cease distributing the
Mocha software.  Please respond by Email within 24 hours to let me
know that this has been accomplished.

information about how to acquire Mocha or Crema, I would ask that you
refer them to:

You may be pleased to know that Borland has dedicated JBuilder to the
