Would you prefer to program Scenix SX chips under DOS and use your favorite assembler? You can using Loren Blaney's SxProg along with the Parallax SX-Key.


SxSim is available under the terms of the Free Software Foundation's General Public License, Version 2.

SxSim is written in the XPL0 Programing Language.


SxProg only currently supports the Revision C SX-Key. The Revision E SX-Key will not work, as it uses a new non-deterministic protocol to communicate with the PC. Apparently the link is encrypted in some fashion; I'm baffled as to what purpose this serves.
